Q1: What’s the warranty for your LEDs ?
A1: Normally, we can offer 2 years warranty for all our LEDs.
Q2: What is color temperature ?
A2: Crescent LED offers light in warm, natural and cool white with color temperature measured in Kelvin (K).
WW: 3000-3100K; NW: 4000-4200K ; CW: 6000-6500K
Q3: What is CRI ?
A3: CRI is short for color rendering index, which indicates the original color of the reflecting objects. Higher CRI will provide us a more realistic sighting experience. For high bay lights, the CRI is normally around 75-80Ra. CRI more than 80Ra often leads to higher cost, but customers have to learn the truth from the false.
